Ingredients
  

Fruit and Base

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries Use fresh strawberries for a fresher taste if desired.
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple Alternatively, you can use fresh pineapple.
  • 1 cup coconut cream Adjust the amount based on preference.
  • 1 cup white rum Optional for a non-alcoholic version.
  • 1 cup ice

Toppings

  • Blue raspberry syrup For drizzle, adjust sweetness to taste.
  • Whipped cream Optional for topping.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Blend the frozen strawberries with half of the ice until smooth. If using rum, add it in at this stage.
  • Pour the strawberry mix into a glass, filling it about halfway.
  • Rinse the blender and then blend the frozen pineapple with the remaining ice and coconut cream.
  • Slowly pour the pineapple mixture on top of the strawberry layer to create a layered effect.
  • Drizzle blue raspberry syrup on top for extra color and sweetness.
  • Top with whipped cream if desired.

Notes

The drink is best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Stir well before serving again. To reduce sweetness, add less syrup or dilute with water or ice.
