  • 1 cup Cheese Shredded cheese such as cheddar.
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream Optional.
  • 1/2 cup Salsa To taste.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store the ground beef mixture in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Keep taco shells separate to maintain their crispness. Mix in beans for added protein and fiber. Experiment with different toppings like avocado or jalapeƱos for extra flavor.
