  • 2 large cucumbers Slice as evenly as possible for uniform baking.
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar Can substitute with white vinegar or balsamic for different flavors.
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Add more for a stronger flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder Add more for a stronger flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation and Baking

  • Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  • Slice the cucumbers thinly and place them in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the apple cider vinegar, sea salt, garlic powder, and onion powder together.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the cucumbers and pour the vinegar mixture on top.
  • Toss to coat the cucumber slices well.
  • Place the seasoned cucumber slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the oven for 2-3 hours or until the chips are crispy.
  • Let them cool and enjoy as a healthy snack or appetizer!

Notes

Store in an airtight container for maximum crispness. They are best enjoyed within a week. Experiment with different seasonings for variation.
