Preparation

  • In a blender, combine the chopped peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and water.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 2 hours.
  • Stir the sorbet every 30 minutes to break up any ice crystals.
  • Once fully frozen, scoop and serve.

Notes
