Crisp Topping

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.

Making the Crisp Topping

  • In another bowl, mix together flour, oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle the topping evenly over the peach mixture.

Baking

  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbling.

Notes
