Filling

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  • Roll out the biscuit dough and cut it into rounds to fit the muffin cups.
  • Press the dough into each muffin cup, forming a small cup.

Filling

  • In a bowl, mix the mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.
  • Fill each biscuit cup with the cheese mixture.

Baking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm.

Notes

Store leftover mini pizza pot pies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven or microwave. Use different toppings like mushrooms or bell peppers for variety. For a crispier bottom, bake the biscuit cups briefly before adding filling.
