  • Tortilla chips or Fritos For added crunch.
  • Taco toppings (lettuce, cheese, salsa, etc.) Customize according to your preference.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and cube the potatoes. Toss them in olive oil and taco seasoning.
