  • 1 cup Nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.) Use a mix of your favorite nuts.
  • 2 cups Vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, etc.) Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 cup Dips (hummus, guacamole, etc.) Provide a selection of dips.
  • 1 cup Olives Offer mixed olives for variety.
  • 1 jar Honey or jams For drizzling or dolloping.

Assembly

  • Choose a large board or platter for the base of your grazing table.
  • Start by arranging the cheese in different sections.
  • Add cured meats, folding or rolling them for presentation.
  • Place crackers in between the cheeses and meats.
  • Fill in the gaps with fresh fruits and vegetables.
  • Include small bowls of dips and olives.
  • Sprinkle nuts throughout the arrangement for added texture.
  • Finish with drizzles of honey or dollops of jam, if desired.
