For the coating

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour For batter.

Preparation

Coating

  • In a shallow bowl, whisk together flour, milk, and egg to create a batter.

Cooking

  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Fry the sandwiches until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
