Ingredients
  

For the cobbler

  • 1 can can of peaches (sliced) Use peaches with syrup for added sweetness.
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 cup milk Can substitute with almond milk or oat milk.
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract, and mix until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  • Spoon the canned peaches (with syrup) evenly over the batter.

Baking

  • Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.

Serving

  • Serve warm, optionally with a scoop of ice cream.

Notes

For an extra special touch, add whipped cream or a sprinkle of cinnamon. To store leftovers, let them cool completely, then cover and refrigerate for up to three days or freeze for longer storage.
