  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning For seasoning the chicken
  • 4 tablespoons butter Divided use for cooking
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt

  • for garnish Fresh parsley Optional garnish

  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with lemon pepper seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet. Once melted, add the chicken breasts. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  • In a separate small pan, melt the remaining butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, pour the garlic butter sauce over the chicken.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.

Notes

To store leftovers, let the chicken cool completely. Place it in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze it tightly wrapped for up to 3 months. Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
