  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken tenderloins to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown on both sides.
  • Pour the honey and garlic mixture over the chicken. Stir to coat the chicken evenly.
  • Let it simmer for another 5-10 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and the chicken to cook through.
  • Once done, remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

Serve Easy Honey Garlic Chicken over rice or noodles. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat before serving. For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes or hot sauce.
