  • 1 package Dumplings Cook according to package instructions.
  • 4 oz Ramen noodles Prepare according to package instructions.
  • 2 large Soft-boiled eggs Cook and peel before adding.
  • 2 cups Fresh greens (e.g., spinach, bok choy) Feel free to use your favorite greens.
  • 6 cups Broth (chicken or vegetable) Use homemade for added flavor.
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce Adjust to taste.
  • 2 stalks Green onions Sliced for garnish.
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil Drizzle for flavor.

Preparation

  • Cook the dumplings according to package instructions and set aside.
  • In a pot, prepare the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • In the same pot, heat the broth and add soy sauce to taste.

Assembly

  • Once the broth is hot, add the cooked dumplings and noodles to the pot.
  • Gently add soft-boiled eggs and fresh greens to the bowl.
  • Drizzle with sesame oil and top with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

Serve hot, and consider adding toppings like chili flakes or nori for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
