Preparation

  • Start by slicing the cucumber thinly.
  • Toast the bagels until they are golden brown.

Notes

To store leftover Cucumber Bagels, wrap them in plastic wrap or place them in an airtight container. Keep them in the fridge for up to 2 days, but note that the cucumbers may become soggy over time.
