  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Can substitute with Pecorino Romano or a cheese blend.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Fresh garlic can also be added for more flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • In a large pot, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  • Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
  • Stir in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Add broken lasagna noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  • Stir in spinach, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Simmer for a few more minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
