Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in the taco seasoning.
  • Roll out the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit in half.
  • Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and cheese into the center of each dough piece.
  • Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  • Arrange the bombs in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are spaced apart.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serving

Notes

Make sure to seal the dough well so that the filling doesn’t spill out while cooking. You can modify the recipe by using shredded chicken or ground turkey instead of beef.
