Ingredients

For the Sliders

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 pieces slider buns
  • Pickles optional

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, cheddar cheese, diced onions, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Form the mixture into small patties that fit the slider buns.

Cooking

  • Place the patties on a baking tray and bake for about 20 minutes or until fully cooked.

Assembly

  • Assemble the sliders by placing a patty on each bun. Add pickles if desired.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add garlic powder or your favorite spices to the beef mixture. Use different types of cheese like American, Swiss, or pepper jack for a twist. Make sure not to overcook the patties, as this can make them dry. If you have any leftovers, place the sliders in an airtight container. They can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place them back in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warm. You can also microwave them, but the oven may keep them from getting soggy.
