Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lime wedges for serving
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together sriracha, honey, and soy sauce to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  • Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then brush the sauce over the top.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.

Serving

  • Serve with lime wedges and garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

Make sure not to overcook the salmon, as it can become dry. For extra flavor, consider marinating the salmon in the sauce for about 30 minutes before baking. If you like it spicier, feel free to add more sriracha to the sauce.
